My life’s purpose is to inspire leadership best practices worldwide through facilitating learning interventions across various levels – from newly graduated to experienced C-suite – while providing innovative solutions to help executives and organizations reach their unique leadership goals.

Talent development involves a systematic approach to nurture, encourage and retain highly productive employees to ensure they contribute effectively to the process of achieving the organizational goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to talent development. Learning professionals need to analyze corporate strategy as well as employees’ performance gaps in order to design and deliver the most effective mix of development tools.

With over 20 years of corporate experience, working with leaders from leading global organizations and startups across the U.S. and EMEA, I have designed and implemented large-scale projects for Fortune Global 500 and Forbes 2000 companies as well as helping entrepreneurs build their leadership capacities. This has given me a multi-faceted approach to my learning interventions, coaching, and consultancy.

An entrepreneur myself from the age of 19, I have discovered a passion for developing leaders, which led him to pursue key projects such as spearheading the creation of a leadership academy, developing and implementing company-wide culture change initiatives, and coaching and mentoring current and future leaders. 

I am able to do this by working with your team and using my skills and strategic training to help them attain their best performance level which in turn leads to an exponential growth for organizations.

Leaders build business and they create a better world for everyone. However, leadership is broken, especially in the last few years. As learning and development experts, we have succeeded in reaching new levels in understanding the science and art of leadership. However, our efforts were diminished by those who confuse leadership with individual powers.

My leadership philosophy is clear and straightforward, it’s based on putting the wellbeing of the group ahead of the individual. Working with one another interdependently, will lead to everyone’s advancement and growth.

6. Analyze, evaluate and measure. Using analytics is what ultimately prove your success or failure.

Nothing is better than having people maximizing their own potential through and interdependent relationship.

I’m only a facilitator of learning. I help people dig deep inside themselves and use their own strengths to find the best outcomes for themselves and their company. This is where the magic happens.
