I provide consultants, organizations, and end users with world-class services to help them produce meaningful results. I am a passionate leadership and talent development strategist. In this capacity, I facilitate bespoke solutions to support executives and organizations reach their leadership goals. I have worked for the past 15 years as consultant for organizations, and as a mentor and coach to rising entrepreneurs and established executives across the world.
Talent development involves a systematic approach to nurture, encourage and retain highly productive employees to ensure they contribute effectively to the process of achieving the organizational goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to talent development. Learning professionals need to analyze corporate strategy as well as employees’ performance gaps in order to design and deliver the most effective mix of development tools.
With over 20 years of experience working with startups and Fortune 500 companies, I have served in different leadership capacities that made me build up skills that will catalyze your business growth and boost your leadership performance.
I have started my first business while in college at the age of 19. Since then, I have created 6 startups between the US and the Middle East. My education and experience as an entrepreneur and in the corporate world have allowed me to understand what matters the most to leaders and organizations. It helped me understand that producing results that matter should be at the forefront of every talent and leadership developmental efforts.
