I work with boards, C-suites, and senior leadership teams to build the strategic leadership capability needed in a complex, AI-shaped world.

Most leadership consulting addresses the surface: skills, tools, and competency frameworks. I go deeper. Over more than 25 years of working with senior leaders across 30 countries, I have found that the gap between knowing what good leadership looks like and actually practicing it is rarely a knowledge problem. It is a mindset problem, one that requires honest inner work, not just new models.

This work is not only cognitive. The leaders who hold up under sustained pressure are the ones who can regulate themselves and stay present when the stakes are highest. So I work with the whole leader: how they think, and how they hold themselves in the moments that matter most.

I understand what organizations need to achieve and the internal shifts leaders must make to achieve it. That is what makes this work different.

I partner with organizations as an independent consultant and as associate faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Cranfield Executive Education, WtW, and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

With over 25 years of experience working with boards, C-suites, and senior leaders across the GCC, EMEA, and North America, I have designed and delivered large-scale leadership development initiatives for Fortune Global 500 companies, government entities, and global executive education institutions.

I began as an entrepreneur at 19 and discovered early that the leaders who create the most enduring organizations are not necessarily the most technically skilled — they are the most self-aware. That conviction has shaped everything I do.

My approach is built on a single belief: real leadership development happens when people feel safe enough to be honest — about what they know, what they don’t, and who they want to become.
